General Tips

Preparing for each game:
  1. Get plenty of sleep the night before a game.
  2. Eat a hardy meal the night before a game, lots of carbs!
  3. Eat an energy rich breakfast the day of the game.
  4. Eat a light but healthy lunch.
  5. Drink lots of water, at regular intervals well before the game. This ensures they are hydrated when starting the game.
  6. Bring lots of fluids to games, water and replenishment drink (like G2).
  7. Stretch leg muscles throughout the morning.
