General Tips
Preparing for each game:
- Get plenty of sleep the night before a game.
- Eat a hardy meal the night before a game, lots of carbs!
- Eat an energy rich breakfast the day of the game.
- Eat a light but healthy lunch.
- Drink lots of water, at regular intervals well before the game. This ensures they are hydrated when starting the
game.
- Bring lots of fluids to games, water and replenishment drink (like G2).
- Stretch leg muscles throughout the morning.
